Still Point Games ("we", "us", or "our") built Race to Nowhere as a premium paid application. This page explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that information.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Race to Nowhere is designed to collect as little data as possible.

Information We Collect

Player names. When you set up a game, you may enter player names. These names are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to our servers and are not accessible by Still Point Games.

Game progress. Your game state and progress are stored locally on your device. This data does not leave your device and is not collected or accessed by Still Point Games.

Game Center

Race to Nowhere uses Apple Game Center for online multiplayer functionality. When you use online multiplayer, your Game Center alias and game data may be processed by Apple in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not have access to your Game Center credentials or personal Apple account information. For details on how Apple handles Game Center data, please review Apple's Privacy Policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

Race to Nowhere does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

— Personal identification information such as your name, email address, or phone number
— Location data
— Device identifiers or advertising IDs
— Analytics or usage data
— Payment information (purchases are handled entirely by Apple)

Third-Party Services

Other than Apple Game Center (described above), Race to Nowhere does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

Children's Privacy

Race to Nowhere does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not contain advertising and does not request personal information from any user.
